Flowers are natural products, flowers you purchase may be slightly different from those displayed on the website. Or if the matching flowers/foliage pictured are unavailable, we will substitute this for a flower in a similar style.
However, Pine Grace will carefully monitor the flower quality, everything from supply to flower care, production to packaging, to ensure the quality of each item is close to what we show.
Change Order / Cancellation
The change of order takes at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date, please contact our customer service for the arrangement.
We will not accept any order cancellation.
Return and Replacement
In any case, the Company will only consider the replacement of goods, not refund or compensation.
If the goods you receive are defective or damaged (not the customer’s mistake), or the goods are not ordered by the customer or the delivery amount is incorrect, you must raise the issue on the receiving date, and the Company will accept the return goods for reasonable reasons, and immediately arrange for replacement of goods and re-delivery. Returned goods must be in the same state of delivery.
The company will not accept the return due to the unstable seasonal supply of flowers and other natural factors.
